50 Journal Prompts for Spring

50 Journal Prompts for Spring

Spring is widely regarded as the season of rebirth and new beginnings.

At this time of year there is usually a certain positivity in the air; the lighter mornings, warmer temperatures and longer days give us the motivation and determination to get up and achieve our goals, which is why it is often regarded as one of the best times of year to start journaling.

Whether you are reassessing or realigning with your goals and visions from the beginning of the year, or setting new ones, spring is an ideal time to get journaling.

Spring Journal Prompts

When it comes to journaling, you don’t necessarily need to have a prompt (you can write completely freely if you wish), but it always helps to get those creative juices flowing, and is especially helpful when using a blank notebook, like a bullet journal.

We've broken down our prompts into a range of categories, from home life and health, to nature and relationships. Use these as you wish; you might decide to focus on a couple of questions per journaling session or one category per day.

The beauty of journaling is that no two entries are the same.

So grab your journal and pen, light your favourite wax melt and lets begin!

Reflection

Whilst winter is still fresh in your mind, think back at your goals and achievements. Was there anything that worked well? Was there anything you could improve for next year?

☁️ What could you do 'better' next winter?

☁️ What is one habit you could leave behind in winter?

☁️ What new habits did you acquire in winter that have brought joy and meaning to your life?

☁️ List any accomplishments - big or small - that you achieved in winter.

☁️ What areas of your life need refreshing?

☁️ Have you made any progress with your New Year Resolutions?

☁️ How are you feeling about the year so far?
