Shipping & Returns
Since opening on May 1st 2020, our products have travelled all over the United Kingdom using Royal Mail. Here you can find a little more about our shipping process.
We currently aim to get all orders out between 3-5 working days. Royal Mail are noticeably slower than usual. Please take this into account whilst placing an order.
The majority of our shipping is weight-based, which means that your shipping cost will depend on how much you are purchasing.
We have four rates:
- £2.50 for those purchases that can be sent as a large letter (2nd class)
- £3.00 for those purchases that can be sent as a large letter (1st class)
- £3.50 for those purchases that can be sent as a small parcel (2nd class)
- £4.00 for those purchases that can be sent as a small parcel (1st class)
Occasionally we do offer free shipping with certain products.
Once your order has been dispatched, you shall receive an email confirming this. With Royal Mail, a parcel is only classed as 'lost' after 10 working days, so if you haven't received your parcel within 10 working days of this date, please contact us to let us know.
We will occasionally accept returns of full, unused products. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Refunds are issued once the items are received by us. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your reasoning.
We will not accept returns on used products. Refunds will only otherwise be given in the event that a parcel is lost in transit (unless the customer agrees to a replacement) or if goods arrived damaged to the extent that they cannot be used.
Please also note that scent is subjective and unfortunately we cannot accept returns, or issue refunds, on orders where customers simply don't like the scent.
