Shipping & Returns

Since opening on May 1st 2020, our products have travelled all over the United Kingdom using Royal Mail. Here you can find a little more about our shipping process.

Dispatch Times

We currently aim to get all orders out between 3-5 working days (standard post) and 3-5 working days (Tracked post).

Shipping Costs

  • The majority of our shipping is weight-based, which means that your shipping cost will depend on how much you are purchasing.
  • We offer a variety of delivery types to suit all budgets, from 2nd Class Standard to Tracked 24. Please note that if you choose standard shipping we cannot track your parcel until delivery has been attempted. If you need something urgently we suggest you choose Tracked 24 shipping.
  • We currently offer free shipping on orders over £50.
  • Occasionally we do offer free shipping with certain products. This will always be mentioned in the product description.

If you think your post is lost

Once your order has been dispatched, you shall receive an email confirming this. With Royal Mail, a parcel is only classed as 'lost' after 10 working days, so if you haven't received your parcel within 10 working days of this date, please contact us to let us know. We will then do our best to find out what has happened to your parcel. If 10 working days has passed from the dispatch date, we will offer you a refund or a replacement.

If for any reason your order has been ‘returned to sender’ by Royal Mail we cannot refund the cost of your parcel. Royal Mail do hold post for up to 18 days, and it is your responsibility to ensure you collect any post that has been ‘attempted’ to be delivered.


  • We will occasionally accept returns of full, unused products. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Refunds are issued once the items are received by us. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your reasoning.
  • We will not accept returns on used products. Refunds will only otherwise be given in the event that a parcel is lost in transit (unless the customer agrees to a replacement) or if goods arrived damaged to the extent that they cannot be used. Damaged items must be made known within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please also note that scent is subjective and unfortunately we cannot accept returns, or issue refunds, on orders where customers simply don't like the scent.
  • We do accept cancellations, however you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for this to be guaranteed. If by the time you have contacted us we have already shipped your order, we will not be able to cancel the order.
