Supporting our Local Wildlife Rescue: FAW Nottingham
Since opening Blossom & Ivy, we've wanted to find ways to give back to our local community. We believe that supporting other businesses and charities is so important; not only does it give a sense of pride and achievement, but it helps to build a stronger and closer community.
Introducing FAW!

The Feline and Wildlife Rescue (FAW Rescue) is a Nottinghamshire based rescue aimed at rescuing stray and unloved cats, and rehabilitating and releasing British wildlife. The charity was co-founded by two registered veterinary nurses who saw the demand for rescue spaces for stray and unwanted cats, and for wildlife rescue and rehabilitation.

They have since expanded their team to include over five veterinary professionals, twenty cat fosterers and seven experienced wildlife rehabilitators, in addition to many fundraisers and transporters.
But it's not easy running a not-for-profit charity. These girls manage FAW in their spare time, putting whatever they can into it. They do occasionally have to close the rescue to new admissions due to low funds.
Every little helps, so whether its purchasing our animal-themed wax melts, getting involved in their regular raffles or donating below, just know that you're doing a great thing for an amazing charity.
